NLB is a feature of Windows Server 2008 and later operating systems, and it must be installed like any other feature. You can install it from either the Server Manager tool or from the command prompt. At the command prompt, you will use the ServerManagerCMD.exe command as follows:

ServerManagerCMD.exe -install nlb
